RESEARCH AND PURCHASE LAND
Choose a location based on factors like proximity to work, schools, and amenities. Check local zoning laws and regulations to ensure the land can be used for residential purposes. Once you find a suitable plot, we negotiate the purchase.

DESIGN YOUR HOME
Collaborate with your builder to create initial designs and floor plans. Review and refine the designs based on your feedback. Approve the final architectural plans, including detailed specifications for materials and finishes.

BUILD
Once the contract is signed, remodeling plans are finalized, and finishes are chosen, we will start implementing the design. At this stage, we will assemble the entire design-build team, which includes you, the homeowner, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors. This collaboration ensures that everyone is aligned and communicating effectively.

FINAL INSPECTIONS
We schedule final inspections with local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Then our team will resolve any issues identified during inspections before proceeding, conduct a thorough cleaning of the home, and complete any last-minute details, such as decorating and landscaping.

CLOSING
Conduct a final walkthrough with your builder to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Finalize payments and obtain any necessary documents, such as warranties and manuals. Once everything is in order, move into your new custom home! Finally, we schedule routine maintenance and address any minor issues as they arise.
